Cancellation Policy
Camps
No penalties for
cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the start date of the camp. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a
$10 half-day or $20 full-day fee.
Birthday Parties / Special Events
1.
Cancellations
must be made 2 weeks prior to the event date, otherwise you are subject to a
$50 cancellation fee
2.
For cooking
parties: confirmations of the number and name of participants must be received
by our office 72 hours prior to the event.
After which, a $10 per person charge will be incurred for guests not
attending (to cover material costs).
All Classes
Cancellations must be made 24
hours before the class or a full class charge will apply.
Materials for Adult Classes
Pottery
Clay must be purchased from
the school
Cooking
Groceries must be paid for by
the students.
Jewellery
Material must be purchased
and supplied be the students.
There is also a studio charge
for equipment usage.
Textiles (Sewing, Knitting etc.)
Materials must be supplied by
the students (Yarns can be purchased from the school at a discount.)
Fine Arts
Materials must be purchased
and supplied be the students.
Kids Classes
Material for kids classes are
provided, except for the textile programs where students must bring their
own fabrics etc.
