The
kitchen studio is equipped
with state-of-the-art appliances including 4 ovens, 3 stoves tops,
a home grill, and a walk-in refrigerator. All classes are hands-on
with fully-equipped work stations, including food processors and
Kitchen Aid mixmasters for up to 12 students. At the conclusion
of each class, students are invited to stay and enjot the food
they have prepared. They are encouraged to bring containers from
home to take away any leftovers.
